Information collected
When you fill in the Etsy audit Google Form, you may provide:
- Your Etsy shop link and basic shop details
- Your email address (required to deliver the audit)
- Answers about what you sell, your current challenges, and goals
- Any additional context you choose to share in free-text fields
All information is provided voluntarily when you submit the form.
How your information is used
Your responses are used to:
- Generate an Etsy shop audit and deliver it to your email
- Identify common bottlenecks and patterns across shops to improve the audit system
- Contact you about your audit results
Your information is not used for unrelated advertising or to build marketing lists.
Where and how data is stored
Form responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets under a personal Google account. Access is limited to the operator and any automation tools explicitly used to generate audits. Google's own handling of data is governed by their privacy policies.
Sharing of your information
Your responses are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (Google, hosting, automation tools) only to the extent necessary to run the audit system.
Anonymized patterns or examples may be referenced in content about Etsy Shop Lens, but nothing that can directly identify your shop without your explicit agreement.
Retention and deletion
Responses are kept as long as needed to generate your audit and improve the audit logic over time. To request removal, email contact@moiz.solutions with subject "Etsy Shop Lens – Data removal request" and include your Etsy shop link and the email address used in the form.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the project evolves. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the audit form after changes means you accept the updated policy.
